Unrealiable and Unhelpful

I am a member of Bankmed medical aid as I work for the bank, last year I had my second baby through a C-section done by my doctor that I had used before Dr Burgin (gynae) assisted by Dr Reyneke. I received a bill from Dr Reyneke that Bankmed hasn't settled and I had to pay that amount of R1800 of which I did on the 26/09/2013 and submitted the claim to Bankmend on the very same day. In November the Bankmed paid me back an amount of R1260.90 which was debited from my acc in December and I made a debit order reversal as I didn't know what was the debit for. Bankmed again debited my account again now in Jan the amount of R1260, 90. I called Bankmed to get an explanation but the consultant I spoke said she will escalate it and it was going to be dealt with on the 25/01/13 and it was not I called again and I was promised that it was going to be dealt with 31/01/13. I have not received any update I have sent through the proof of payment more that 4 times as requested. Bankmed has the worst service its a pitty I'm stuck with them as I work for the Bankmed and its in the rules as there are so many medical aids I can choose to go to. I wish I didn't have to deal with this medical aid. B
