My mother Is also on Gems emerald she went for blood tests last year only to find out medical aid didn't pay the service provider when she asked they said no funds then waited for this year since its a new year they still can't pay she has to pay 2400 of which she doesn't have, she was told something about beneficiary that she didn't understand I also don't undertstand now she has to arrange payments because she doesn't want to be blaclisted
