My handbag was while admitted in their facility & the response I got is just them passing the buck & hiding behind policy that patients are responsible for their items. The same people who might get to hospital unconscious.
Upon reviewing security footage it shows exactly 4 min for the suspect to perform her act. She enters the premises & goes directly to my room to take the bag which raised suspicion of a "syndicate" in operation.
1. How did she know I was taking a bath as she went straight to my room?
2. Who alerted her of my situation? (1 of the staff members maybe?)
3. Are patients targeted at their weakest point?
Its time the company did some introspection.
