I've sent through my income verification documents to 3 different e-mail addresses this morning.
After contacting Fedhealth earlier this morning, I was informed that it takes about an hour for e-mails to appear on the system.
So I've phoned again this afternoon and was informed that I need to phone back tomorrow, as the e-mails are not showing on the system and that the e-mail server is very slow.
This is absurd. I have sent the documents to 3 different e-mail accounts, of which the 1st e-mail was sent on 09:12.
I want my membership fee adjusted to my income bracket today still.
Why must I complain here on Hellopeter before anything gets done?
