I registered to give bith at Mowbray Active Birth UInit, Maternity Hospital Semi private section, we paid deposit of R3500. When it was time to give birth i ended up in the public section due to complications. I did not give birth in the private section which enables me to request refund. Gave birth 25 March 2013 we could only request refund in May as per the hospital. as per Mowbray and Gailene which assists me said it would take 6 weeks to be deposited in the account. They have according to them processed the payment in June but as yet has sent me no proof of payment and there has no money gone into the account. Amount due to me R2100. I have been calling everyday and no one can assist me. they are saying its gone into the bank account and my bank are saying nothing has come in. No one seems to be helping or cannot help me. Please help.
