My wife "Louise Esterhuizen" was admitted to ICU on the 5th of June. She was later moved to the General ward on the 11th floor. The doctor advised her on the 8th that she will be able to go home the following day and that he would like to talk to both of us regarding his prognosis.
The following day, 9th of June, while the Doctor was examining my wife and us waiting to speak to the doctor three security guards rushed into the room. (THAT IS RIGHT! WHILE MY WIFE WAS BEING EXAMINED).
They demanded that I leave immediately. I tried to explain that she is being released and we wanted to talk to the doctor but they became very aggressive.
I walked out of the room and they continued harassing me. My wife and the Doctor came out of the room and told them to leave me since she was being released from hospital anyhow.
We demand an apology in person from the Sister who called the Security and the three Security Guards" on duty "Emanuel in particular"
We do not want to press charges and understand snags do occur.
A simple apology will close this matter.
