POOR SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY

I RECENTLY APPLIED FOR A MEDICAL AID WITH DISCOVERY HEALTH, I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED AS I WAS CONSTANTLY ASKED FOR A BANK STATEMENT - I HAD SENT IN A INTERNET BANK STATEMENT. WHY IS THIS NOT SUFFICIENT??? I AM WORKING AND DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO RUN TO A BANK TO GET A STATEMENT - AND THE BANKS CHARGE FOR STATEMENTS. I HAD TO PAY R55 TO GET A STATEMENT TELEPHONICALLY! OK THAT WAS DONE, I THEN GOT ANOTHER EMAIL STATING I NEED TO SEND IN A BANK STATEMENT FOR OCTOBER 2012! WHY? DISCOVERY ASKED ME FOR 3 MONTHS BANK STATEMENT WHICH WAS NOV DEC AND JAN WHY OCT NOW? IF DISCOVERY WANTS 4 MONTHS BANK STATEMENTS SPECIFY! I CALLED THE CALL CENTER THIS MORNING AND WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 10 MINS BY THE CONSULTANT AND SHE COMES BACK TO SAY THEY NO LONGER NEED MY OCT STATEMENT, LIKE WHAT THE? THEN I GET MY ACCEPTANCE LETTER, NOW MY PREMUIMS ARE BASED ON THE HIGHEST BRACKET BECAUSE THERE ARE CONSTANT DEPOSITS INTO MY ACCOUNT WHICH DISCOVERY NOW ASSUMES IS ANOTHER INCOME?? I THINK THIS IS TOTALLY UNFAIR AS I HAVE SENT IN MY PAYSLIPS AND MY PREMUIM SHOULD BE BASED ON MY SALARY. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE, AND NO ONE CALLS YOU, YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM!
