I applied on-line to join discovery health medical aid
i was told that they would get back to me within two working days
when they tried to contact me i was unable to talk due to me being in a meeting
they did not bother to phone back
after a few weeks i then applied again on-line and i was told the same thing (they will get back to me within two working days)
And still nothing
i have since applied again twice and i have still not heard from them
this is totally unacceptable i have applied 4 times in total and they are not bothered
if this is how they deal with there clients then I'm not sure i wanna do business with them
