In 2013 My wife and myself had to go for blood tests at Pathcare. The doctor completed the forms for authorisation @ Prime cure. Needless to say - a few months down the line, pathcare has not been paid and they want to hand us over to attorneys. I have spoken with best med and prime cure and they confirmed the supplier will be paid - but to date - still no payment and now they say they did not give authorisation for the tests, but when we phoned in 2013 they had a problem with the doctor not being on a list - but it's been our doctor for the past 4 years and they are on the list on the internet as an approved docter with bestmed prime cure. Get your house in order - I pay alot of money to belong to your medical aid and I'm sick of this bad service and to receive letters of demand from suppliers. I want this sorted and I want a refund for the R 834 I had to pay yester AND I want you to pay the rest of the outstanding invoices amounting to nearly R 1500 . Can someone who actually know what they are doing and want to help contact me to sort this out. I'm tired of phoning and thinking my problem is sorted and just to find out nothing was done
