Invoice incorrect

We booked our accomodation through [URL Removed]
The invoice amount was R17250, the original owners then sold the property and name was changed to Colnera Estate.
I then requested that the outstanding amounts be paid before arrival as we paid 50% deposit into Safari account in April 2013 already.
When I spoke to the new owner Retha she had no idea what the outstanding amount were. She gave me a new invoice on much lower amount than original quote from Safari. As honest customer - I still paid according to original invoice.

I did however communicate to Retha that the invoices differ from each other.
On arrival she said she will give me updated invoice. This still reflected the lower amount.

I however overpaid according to the invoice which she issued me.
I sent her a new email stating the differences between invoices.
She does not want to pay me back the amount over stated as per her invoice.

I feel this is bad service.

During our stay we encountered a few problems.
We had to request for our linen to be washed.
There was no table available to eat at.
Not all of the houses were equipped with the necessities.
The braai area or houses were never clean
