We have been members of Fedhealth for only 4 months. I have 2 diabetics in the house and since we have joined this medical aid we have had NO joy with this scheme. All started of good with the chronic medication cause Fedhealth was on the CDE Programme, then only for us to find out that they have cancelled their membership with the CDE, apparently letters were sent out... whatever... Then I was told that only certain medicine was approved for and If I wanted to correct this to get new prescriptions, which I did and sent back to the scheme's chronic department... needless to say wasting time again in a que and pharmacy without ANY joy! And of course this scheme only works Monday to Friday... we on the highest paid plan and this is the customer care we get... I want to go back to Discovery... actually I WILL BE GOING BACK TO DISCOVERY... Empty promises to get you to join FEDHEALTH with NO delivery on the promises... sounds like a certain political party doesn't it...
