Last night on my way home I had bad, scary service from Unicab Taxi driver. I was leaving Long street and I asked him to take me to Green Point my flat. I gave him the street name and address and complex name. the driver drove and to Sea point and I questioned where he is going and told him wrong way. He said I was to direct him. I told him a taxi driver should use gps and get you home or inform you they lost before running meter. We argued and he became and rude. I called the unicab head office and at that moment and I was not assisted. I called police and he called police. He forced us to pay more than the regular price. I paid it as police said we must go to the station to sort it out and I was waking up for work and did not want that. I am so scared that drivers are taking advantage of people at night. I ask to seek justice and that the matter never happen to anyone again.
