Booked and paid (R1980.00) for a Spa treatment and overnight stay (26th anniversary).
On their website the Cullinan Diamond Inn & Spa looks terrific but when you arrive the place is run down, dirty and not at all like the pics advertised on the internet. (false advertising)
We decided to not stay and returned home after which I contacted the owner and requested my money back. On reply from the owner she will only return a deposit R990.00, and not the full amount as I am being hit with a cancellation fee of R1000.00. (I feel is)
On the invoice was the following: Extras - Room no.05 Victorian en-suite bath (Bk ID 6096) - 02 Jan - 1 x R 1980.00 Couples halfday spa package in Spa1 9h00-10 h00 (Bk ID 6097).
We were stuck in a refurbished garage which not the "Victorian en-suite bath" which was pathetic - I have pictures to prove!!!
Not a nice way to spend an anniversary!
