Bad service and Bad attitude

I was a member of Liberty Medical scheme since 01/01/2006 and enjoyed the benefits offered to me until recently. I resigned from the medical aid scheme at the end of September 2012 because the company I work for was being integrated to another company that did not have Liberty Medical Scheme as an option. However that did not materialized and the Employer started communicating with the medical scheme to reinstate all the 13 members that belonged to the scheme. All 10 of the other members were reinstated immediately except for me and other 2 members.
I tried calling and sending e-mails to enquiries but no luck. The Credit controller based in Cape Town called (Naseef) was very rude and even said he won't reinstate my membership, and I should report to whoever I want to report to.
I then decided to find a consultant that can assist me in joining the medical aid scheme afresh because waiting period for reinstatement was lapsing. I got the consultant that assisted and I requested that the premium for the medical aid should be deducted direct from my salary but that did not happen.
I am very frustrated as I can't afford not to have a medical aid.
