My family completed our Discovery Vitality Health check last year and this was enough points to keep us on Diamond status. I have logged a call for them to check Ref: 3146028433 and Discovery only partially credited my vitality points. I have dropped from Diamond to Bronze and after Manfred told me that it will take 72 hours to resolve it has been more than double that and no feedback nor can Vitality get this resolved that I can go back to Diamond.
