My son broke his arm on the 9/12/2013 we were referred to the above hospital but was I so sorry for going there the lady at reception took over an hour to complete the file as the phone was of the hook when got there then she got a call on her cell which she took and spend almost 15 min on while I am sitting in front of her my son was in so much pain that I almost got up and left then she said I am almost finish .now I got a bill from the medical aid that the invalid codes was use .if she could just sit up and be more professional and not take private calls while client are sitting infront of her this nonsense could have been avoided now who must run around and sort out codes me. I am very very disgusted in the Hospital and its service and will never ever go there again and then still pay private hospital rates when it look like a government hospital my son did not even want to lay on the bed, no man please do something about the staff and the hospital
