My booking for Christmas lunch at the President Hotel was cancelled on the 24/12/13 even though I was promised that there was still tables available. I was promised by Rory that my payment would be refunded by the Friday. Two weeks later still nothing. I called and spoke to the FNB manager Rowan on Tuesday 07/01/14.
