I lodged a complaint AGAIN regarding the status of my particulars on the web-site. My old particulars keep being loaded, although I have been with a completely different company/ details changed and uploaded. I have attempted to change the particulars, with no positive results. This is an on-going problem. The best Discovery Health can offer is e-mails hoping the problem will go away. I did not cause the problem, yet am expected to resolve the issue from Discovery representatives I would rate as incompetent at best.
