Anell change your attitide towards clients

I got to Ponta hoping to check into a place I had seen on the Internet which was Sombique resort, to my surprise we were sent to some place that didn't even have a name or a board on it which is a about 15min from the actual Sombique Resort, The place was remote, had no gates, no eletricity aand wait for it... no water. I tried to call Anell to explain the situation to her but she would not even listen to me, she game me attitude and told me that there is nothing she can do for me we must go back to SA and she will book us at the Resort at another time. Anell was in cape town and left us stranded at a place we dont even know, mind you we were a group of 6 ladies that are not familiar with the area. I dont understand why the resort was overbooked and why we had to be inconvenienced in all of this. I felt she was discriminating against us just because we are black. I say this because we were coincidentally the only people that were black and the rest of the people that were at the luxurious resort were white and they were close to all the amenities.
