I just went trough all my email looking for the mail with the due date to change options. I found nothing. I also looked through them looking for the email that inform us about the change in our subscription also found nothing. On the 27 December I've written a letter to change my options from Necesse to prime 3 Network but was informed as COMMUNICATED the due date was 17 December so I am still looking for that communication. I phoned in November to be told it was to early to change, because I knew we would be on holiday after that. Since all calls are recorded can you please go and play them back to see if anything was even mentioned on the phone about a due date.
