I am f*ken angry about the bad service received at Bankmed carecross i was admitted in hospital and i had to pay cash, I have completed reimbursement claim forms and send them to bankmed on the 21/12/12 I paid R1022 and i have sent all proof of payment to Bankmed and on the 28/12/12 was also at hospital i have sent proof of payment also and instead every time when i phone or sent emails i keep on hearing excuses from them, when i phone Bankmed they advised that carecross need to make payment and when i contact carecross they say its Bankmed on the 02/02/13 Bankmed only paid R218.30 which is not all the money, i urgently need a refund back, my spouse and I are considering to cancell Bankmed medical aid to use Discovery, i will never recommend anyone to use Bankmed medical aid because when u are sick they add more stress in your life and they dont provide good customer service they always shift the blame to someone, I have also struggled to get my chronic medication from Bankmed
