i want to know y do i have to pay for chronic medication out of my savings ..since last year i went to Clicks to get my medication and all the time they took it out of my savings without me knowing ..I called Discovery and spoke to a Bafana who is very in competent to answer my questions but he rather put me through to a Jaco who i think is very rude and laughs when i speak to him, he think its a joke if i complain to him about my situation ..I am in and out of this country for some times 3 months at a time some times less ..The doctor put me on medication but changed it to a better one but discovery has their own list of cheap medication of which is approved by them. Y do they have to give me medication which cost less but do not work. If the doctor prescribe medicine it must be approved by Discovery ..I think i am paying alot to Discovery health every month but still have problems
