Torn contact lenses and no response from Specsave

I purchased a box of contact lenses and opened a sealed unit to find the lens torn with a piece missing from the one edge. Emailed specsavers greenacres asking for a refund and received no response.

On a side note the IT system is seriously slow there, I spent 30 mins of my lunch break standing with a blonde lady who tried to invoice me for a new box of contacts I bought.
