BAD MOVE BY DISCOVERY HEALTH/ VITALITY

Like many Discovery/ Vitality members I have been doing everything possible to earn points and to maintain my Diamond status. Each year, I have tried to earn maximum points and not limit myself to the barest minimum. This was because 25% of the points earned were rolled over and, obviously, the more points one earned, the more points were rolled over.

Discovery/ Vitality apparently informed its members in September 2013 that points would no longer be rolled over in 2014. While I have no choice but to accept this rule change, i am disgusted that Discovery/ Vitality notified its members so late in the year.By September, members like me would have made every effort to maximise their points.

Surely, Discovery/ Vitality should have notified their member of this important change at the beginning of the year and not when the year is almost over? Their decision totally unacceptable and needs to be reviewed."
