I am on Diamond status with Vitality and have used the travel reward in the past. I held off booking for a March 2014 trip for 5 people, on advice that the new destinations (100 Emirates destinations Qantas) would be available from Jan 2014 (as advertised). Now I am told by Vitality call centre that it is "first quarter 2014", no date specified. The booking centre says sometime in January. No one seems to be able to give a clear picture of what is going on here.
