3hrs Waiting to get medical assistance

My mother arrived at Cape Town Medi Clinic at 6:30pm and was made to wait in pain for 3hrs by Nurse Lionel Willemse. When we tried to tell her how much pain she was in and her medical record, she simply refused to listen. She said it was not a priority. After 3hrs, I asked her if this was her mother, would she still be waiting? She referred me to policy "triange information", still no clue how bad my mothers situation is nonetheless. 3hrs watching my mother in pain at Cape Town Mediclinic, whilst the board stated "only 1:30min waiting period today". My two kids were born at this clinic and I've never experience such lack of humanity at a medical centre like this until today. Some people should really ask themselves whether they should be in the care of the sick and playing when they really do not care.
