I took my 9 month old baby to Unitas ER. The dr treated him and asked me to wait in front for my script. Whilst there I filled out a form and took it to the main reception, about 15 minutes passed and I went to enquire about the script, and van Staden irritably said the dr had not yet written it, I then walked back and asked the dr, she said it was done, and walked to the front with me to find it, the van staden person said that my file had not yet arrived from the front, so I went to the front and asked for the file and was told it was sent to van Staden a while back already,

I went back and asked her and said she doesn't have it and I must wait. It was 12 at night and I had enough, only after I threw all my toys out my cot did someone else come to my rescue, and simply picked up the script next to van Staden and handed it to me. All this time, my script was lying right next to van Staden.
This is not why I pay for private health care. I have never been treated this poorly.
I insist on a disciplinary hearing! Because of 1 person Unitas ER will never see me again.
I strongly suggest you rather place her in a janitorial position as she should not work with people.
