False advertising and a bad attitude

We recently booked as a family for the spa package at emerald casino which included a nights stay at the hotel. According to the package one was to receive treatments, hotel stay with breakfast, lunch overlooking the river, dinner and a voucher package for the resort. We were told to arrive at 9 am, where once we arrived we had no where to place our luggage nor have something to eat as apparently no one is able to serve anything before 10 am at the hotel. We received our spa treatments to then be told we had to wait 3 hours before receiving our rooms by rude staff. Using our lunch vouchers for R45, we discovered the lunch overlooking the river was in fact dessert in a restaurant as the voucher purchased nothing on the menu except ice cream. Further, to our delight the resort voucher included one entry to the aqua dome and one entry to animal park. It is my opinion that if you are going to sell "all inclusive" packages then a) hotel room should be available when arriving for spa treatments so guests do not have to wait around full of oil, b) decent service and attitude should be included and c) vouchers should at least allow someone to order a meal.
