OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I called into Pathcare with trepidation as it was their call centre. Usually when dealing with a call centre, one waits literally hours for an answer and usually you end up being cut off or dealing with someone who can barely speak English!

This was the exact opposite of the Pathcare call centre. My call was answered promptly and efficiently by Walter who proceeded to be highly efficient and proficient and exceptionally helpful.

I requested that the results of some blood tests be sent to me via email.
Voila, within seconds, I received an email with the reports.

I subsequently called in again and asked for the results in English as the 1st lot were in Afrikaans. I was lucky enough to get Walter again for the 2nd call! Hey presto, within minutes, I checked my email and there were the results in English.

I did call in a 3rd time to speak to Glenda, Walter's direct supervisor to tell her also how thankful and happy I was with the service received.
