I went for a follow up, after my recent accident. I phoned in for the Dr. Who I thought was the Dr that assisted me at the emergence service. The Reception gave the wrong info, Dr only works night shifts. So I booked the next available female Dr, they took my vitals and sat me in the conciltation room for an hour and a half .. they completely forgot about me.. just when I wanted to leave a Dr Brits came in to assist. Didn't do the follow up that I was suppose to do..IKG test as advised by 24 emergency services the Dr that I booked never came.. so it had to cost me another consultation. To go to Medi Cross. Now the medical bill came.. the Dr billed me and I didn't even see her. I had bad service from the start. Now I have to pay for something I didn't get. Dr aren't there to assist any more.. they are there to see how much money they can get out of you and your medical aid.
