Hi my son was admitted to hospital on 8 May 2013 they had pathology test done on him while in hospital. I started receiving letters to say my account was not paid. I called Bonitas to find out what was happening they said there was duplication of test done. They resubmitted the claim still it was rejected. I called them again they asked me to send through a the invoice with a breakdown of test done i sent it to them. Still it was rejected. I called again they requested a lab request form. I sent it through today 20/12/2013. You can see there was no duplication. This going back and forward is really frustrating. You pay so much for medical aid every month this whole is just getting to me now. it is December now. why dont you just sort this out.
