Struggling to get my refund

I've put in a claim for a refund of R1200.00 at Momentum Medical Aid. I received an e-mail saying the money will be transferred to me on 20 Nov. After numerous calls to the Call Centre I've established they paid the money into an account of mine which was closed in 2006. I e-mailed Momentum a letter from my bank which confirmed that I don't have that account anymore on the 4th of Dec. I received an email from Momentum on the 9th of Dec saying they will give feedback shortly. I had to call three times after that as I've received no feedback. On the 17th of Dec when I phoned them, the guy at the call centre said someone will call me back before the end of the day. He actually gave me his word. That did not happen. I phoned again this morning. Still no sufficient answers to my questions and no refund. Very, very poor service!
