I applied for a new Medical Aid with your company last year, and it was approved. I then found out to cancel my current M/Aid before the end of the year would incur large costs, and so decided to wait until year end. I was told I would have to re-apply.
So in November I asked for new forms - which I duly filled out. I was then informed that these forms were 2012 forms (who sends out forms this old to new clients? ).
By then I had a broker helping me and he got me the 2013 forms. I then filled out all the forms AGAIN. And was sent a mail to say that it was approved and would begin on 1 December.
I phoned and emailed (and my broker also did so on me behalf), and was told I had to fill out forms AGAIN - for 2014. Which I have done.
Since then an amount already came off for December - I returned this debit order (as advised by Broker). I am now receiving notices that my account is outstanding.
I had better not be penalised for this - as I only ever wanted it to start in Jan 2014, and Liberty have just kept stuffing it up from day one. What incompetance!!!!
