The call centre agents at Discovery are always very efficient and helpful. However, Vishal was particularly helpful. He listened to carefully to the information I gave him; and carefully verified the details and subsequent correspondence. His honesty was quite refreshing since he stated that with the information at his disposal it appeared that Discovery had erred. He assured me that he had escalated the matter and would call me back regarding the outcome. He explained that resolving the matter may take up to 5 working days. However, a day later the matter was satisfactorily resolved and true to his word he called to give me a status update.
It is an absolute pleasure dealing with people who are this honest, thorough and efficient.
