I was incorrectly billed which resulted in my day to day and MSA balance being depleted completely. I notified CAMAF on the 27th of November about this and was promised the problem would be resolved by the 3rd of December. On each call since that day I receive a promise the error made by Camaf will be resolved soon. To date nothing has been resolved and a great inconvenience has been caused. Service providers have not been paid and I cannot purchase any medication from the pharmacy. Being a member of over 8 years with Camaf its disappointing to have this type of service.
