They help themselves everymonth to your hard earned money at the massive premiums but when you try claim they will use every excuse and tactic to get out of having to honour their side of the bargain. My fiance is on the Key care plus and specifically since we moved, went to a GP who advertised he was part of the network, something we checked as well to be sure as we know how pathetic discovery can be. They have still rejected this claim dispite all this saying its not her regular GP and she has exhausted out of ordinary claims!!! When did they inform her of that fact that she had to change registered GP when we moved, we made sure he ws a registered doctor on the network that still wasnt good enough, when did they think to warn her that she had used all the so called out of normal visits!! Its complete rubbish and the ethical reflection of discovery, how they operate and the level of service they provide to their clients. My advice is to do what im doing and look at the new Momentum products as their multiplier is fast catching anything discovery can offer through vitality as thats the only reason people actually put up with discovery at all, its not due to their medical offering!!
