My Neice (who is 4) was admitted to hospital and had to stay a few days to have the medication administered. Let me say i was appalued at what i witnessed. We have to pay such exorbetant fees and yet have to put up with such bad service and attitudes. She was in in ped ward. The rooms are dirty and not services are cleaned property, just bedding is changed if dirty.. The kiddies lunch meals are served between 11.00am and 11.30am, thereafter no meals or even snacks are given. Dinner is also served early. The presentation of the meals needs serious improvement and also the kind of meals prepared. Also the play area smells of urine and is not cleaned. Even though private you cannot differeniatate between government.
There is no issue with paying because we want the best health care for our little ones.
