NO RESPONSE RECEIVED ON REQUEST TO CANCEL VITALITY

I SEND A EMAIL TO DISCOVERY VITALITY TO CANCEL MY VITALITY MEMBERSHIP ON 7 NOVEMBER 2013. NO RESPONSE OR CONFIRMATION WAS RECEIVED. I AM STILL RECEIVING CORRESPONDENCE FROM VITALITY AND THE MONEY IS STILL GETTING DEDUCTED. I FOLLOWED UP ON 25 NOVEMBER 2013 REQUESTING CONFIRMATATION THAT THE VITALITY HAS BEEN CANCELLED - AGAIN I DID NOT RECEICE ANY FEEDBACK.

WE DECIDED TO CANCEL VITALITY AS WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE ON THE REASONS THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED TO RE-ACTIVATE MY WIFES GYM MEMBERSHIP. ON 22 AUGUST 2013 SHE ASKED PER EMAIL HOW TO GO ABOUT IN CANCELLING VITALITY MEMBERSHIP. VITALITY DID REPOND TO THIS EMAIL/QUESTION AND INDICATED THAT THE MAIN MEMBER SHOULD SEND AN EMAIL TO THE VITALITY INFO ADDRESS.

THIS WAS DONE BUT WITH NO SUCCESS - ANOTHER MONTH, ANOTHER PAYMENT THAT GETS DEDUCTED.
