Phone Discovery to get a broker who then wont help

I am so tired of companies who love your monthly payments but who expect you to sign your life away, fill in forms, or contract you still to do something in order to get information!

I am paying R 3250 for a healthy person on a medical aid scheme that still charges me when I submit bills. so to reduce my monthly cost as this is quite frankly excessive... I call discovery to be told somebody will call me back.

the person who calls me back so happens to be a broker and when I ask for advise on a more appropriate plan, I am told I CANNOT get more advice unless I appoint them as my broker???

since when do I need a broker to make the right choice for a discovery plan. clearly I am on the incorrect one if the first place, now I have to sign a million forms to a broker to get advice??

this a pathetic and unacceptable at R 3250/month!!!
