A DO (med aid vitality) on wife's account had been missed - Oct. I sent EFT payment through as soon as I became aware 11Nov13. Proof of payment sent and account suspension lifted on the 18Nov13.Discoveries bank double debit ordered - Nov - which was returned. The beneficiary of EFT is already preloaded and worked in past, now Discovery returns this payment, suspends my account and it is all my fault. There is also a bill that was paid in error 10years ago on the account -R650
I will gladly pay, but how much and where.
Please help, my credit rating for a new bond is going through the floor, and I am told legal demand for apology, will not come, as it is my error.
