Complain and compliment

I would like to commend the service I received from ER24 paramedics.

I am not impressed that we had to wait almost an hour for the ambulance to arrive HOWEVER when they arrived they were very helpful. They were polite and humble. very patient and good interaction with us and the patient. I felt very relieved to release my family member into they're care because of how they handled us and him.

I only managed to get the ambulance number and one name I think if I'm correct.
ambulance number M177 in Pretoria. it took us from Atteridgeville to Meulmed mediclinic on the 1st of December at approximately 22:00.i think the one paramedic is named Thabang.
