We received, at the beginning of the year, an email listing all 8 sites we would be listed on and for a special new season rate. We happily paid the rate to get listed on the 8 sites. We are not listed on one of them and I have repeated complained, and called the cell number and warned them they had better get our details onto the sites we paid for. We requested our money back two weeks ago, of course that has not happened either.
They are a complete rip off, they are not registered anywhere and send no bookings through to anyone. They never reply to emails and never call you back, and only list one or two people. These people should be stopped and a Hospitality alert sent out. It is hard enough getting bookings in theses times, advertising is so expensive it is prohibitive, but without you get no bookings. I see an endless list of complaints the same as this one. Action needs to be taken with these people and we should be refunded.
