Pathetic Service

I have been platinum member for Hotel Express for the past 2years. I renewed this year on the 5 October 2013 for another platinum subscription and up until now I have not received my card and have been paying full payments at hotels I have been staying at as a result. On the 31 October I was called by someone from Hotel Express offering to renew my subscription and I told them I had already renewed & paid and was awaiting my card. The next day they called saying they couldn't find my proof of payment and asked I send them my bank statements reflecting may proof of payment of which I did that very same day. Up until today I have not heard a word from anyone from Hotel Express and have not received my card. I might as well just get my money back and go join Protea Group. And this is the second time that I'm getting pathetic service from Hotel Express - first time I subscribed I was promised vouchers which I didn't get till today.
