I have really had it with Vitality! I laid a complaint recently stipulating my complaint regarding the cancelation of my gym membership. Since then I have provided proof from my Physiotherapist that I had been undergoing physiotherapy since august. So Claudia (i think that's her name) calls me and says that her Medical Review Department decided not to reinstate my membership despite the letter.
The the issue is that I have signed my contract in 2005 which asked for 24 visits. I haven't signed an amendment to the contract stating i need 36 visits. Vitality sent me an email TELLING me, but didn't give me anything to sign to show my agreement. Isn't that what a contract is?
I'm utterly disgusted with Vitality. Whatever you pay to Virgin has nothing to do with me because I pay you every month nevertheless of what benefits I DON'T use!!! And please don't get your agents to call me and repeat the same nonsense over and over again without understanding what my point is!
