Apparently it takes 24-48 hrs to get a refund from discovery, well at least that's what they tell you. Its been over three weeks that I'm waiting for a refund and no one at their call centre takes responsibility for their bad service and incompetence. After have faxed and e-mailed statements several times it takes them a week to phone back and ask for amended statements, upon receiving them they once again promise a refund within 2 days which once again does not happen. I pay my medical aid timeously every month and it never bounces and now that I've made use of my medical aid after having not used it for two whole years this is the pathetic service I receive. I have used my groceries money to pay doctors bills trusting that this reputable institution will refund me my money and I was sadly mistaken. Its been 25 days to be exact and I'm still waiting.
