I am posting this complaint after many months of horrible service from Medirite Pharmacy in Sanddown Parklands Checkers Shopping Centre.
The staff (esp Candice) are very rude and hardly ever greets the customers of which me and my husband are two of.
We visit the pharmacy atleast twice a week for paintabs, my husband has backproblems, so we do buy the same tablets for him on a regular basis, but after today, we no longer will buy or support the pharmacy ever again.
I went to Medirite this morning and was firstly ignored by Candice, after standing infront of her (not even greeted) for a good 30 seconds, another lady helped me.
I asked for the paintabs and was told I was there two days ago and I may not have the paintabs (S2), a magazine was pushed infront of my face and I was told it will soon become against the law for me to buy this medication more than once a week.
I felt so embaressed to be treated this way, and this infront of other customers!
A few months ago I handed a script in to the same Medirite and was also treated very poorly by Candice, she felt she had to call my doctor to see if my script was valid, to which it was confirmed that it was, and still hassles! Really!!!
