Expensive and Incredibly Slow

I was shocked to hear the consultation fees here to begin with but made the booking anyway.
After arriving on time I was made to wait over 1 and a half hours in a room with a couple of magazines in it after which I was moved to another smaller room with nothing but a chair. I eventually left after over half an hour in that room, as I'd told my employee I'd only be gone an hour and a half.
Totalling over two hours waiting. Who knows when they were actually planning to see to me. This is the kind of waiting time I expect at public hospitals, not boutique clinics that charge an arm and a leg.

Also for an area like Sandton, the look of the premises was decidedly sub-standard appearing more like the back office of an old factory than an actual clinic filled with "medical professionals".
