Vitality: Do you actually READ emails sent to you?

I am paying for Vitality, I sent an email to Vitality, asking if I book EMIRATES flights via Vitality, do I get skywards miles AND tier miles? Mentioned in email that I cannot get in touch with Emirates South Africa as my calls are re-routed to India or UAE. Today, you send me a response that I should get in touch with Emirates directly, so what don't you understand? I would assume you have a relationship manager who could answer my question?
