It is totally unacceptable that bankmed still doesn't have the 2014 plan and benefit information ready and it's the 08th of November. Plus Bankmed demand that any changes be made by 29 November! How is is that Discovery and Malcor (the other medical aids we are looking to switch to) can have their information ready 1-2 months before the switch period yet Bankmed is not able to? Is this just another underhand way of Bankmed trying to keep customers? Strangely the Pensioners benefits for 2014 are ready and you even had a roadshow for them! Well i hope your pensioner base keeps your bank account going seeing as you seems to have more respect for them than for current working members!
