I joined Momentum Health during August 2013. Despite several calls to the call centre and provision of two postal addresses I still have not received my membership card (Although I have received my Multiply card, twice).
Last week I called the call centre again and requested that they make my card available at their Johannesburg offices and I will personally go and fetch it. I was told someone from the Joburg offices would contact me when the card is ready for collection. A week later and I have still not heard anything.
I'm paying my membership and it would be nice to have a card to prove it.
I really dont want to have to call the call centre again!
